Actually, I think we should use the forum for scheduling and outside game chatter (i.e. non-character related stuff) and use the blog for character bios, rules collections, and summaries. What do you think?

I'm still undecided on the blog format. On one hand, the ability to essentially "cross-post" to several threads is nice (i.e. I like the "categories" feature). On the other hand, it seems a lot less clear than the forum in terms of just finding what is where. But I figure let's give it a try since I'm guessing that a lot of the reason I think it's not clear is because I never read or write blogs... getting familiar should help a lot.

As for scheduling and non-game chatter I think email is working fine. I suggest we keep the forum for now, but put everything that isn't in email in the blog... we can revert to the forum if the blog doesn't work.

I think you will like the blog once you get used to it. It is much more story-like and organized, less tons of chatter piled on top of each other. Especially if you get used to using the categories and tags.
